New mall campaign

Situation.

Expanding the size of what is already a large shopping mall means that the customer base has to expand. That is difficult to do when the center already commands nearly 80% of the existing market. A larger existed but had not been addressed.

Solution.

Branding a shopping center means promoting the stores, and elevating the store selection to an art form. Ultimate Shopping re-tooled the marketing effort at Hanes Mall by using a brand new graphic and a whole new implementation.

Results.

Ultimate Shopping and its three-year campaign set the stage for seven consecutive years of sales increases in a row. Enough said!
