Four Corners invites prospects to visit.
Situation.
Many of the key prospects for the Four Corners of Daniel Island are persons in the northern tier of states who dream of the Coastal Living Lifestyle. In fact, offering condominiums in a pre-selling phase that are not available for viewing requires an approach dedicated to the intangibles. What better time to help them dream about warm, sandy beaches than during the stark, cold winters?
Solution.
CampCreative developed a simple invitation for key prospects to come experience the Charleston area and escape the winter weather up north. The prospects were greeted with a reminder of the lifestyle they could enjoy, and offered an opportunity to sample it for one weekend in December, January or February. A custom-designed seashell ornament, palm frond raffia and nature-inspired box reminded the prospect of the natural beauty sure to await them.
Results.
The invitations hit home, and the prospects responded. Although the sales process takes longer to gauge, we definitely achieved the initial goal of being noticed and communicating our message.
