Situation.
The challenge of selling a high-end condominium community prior to any dirt being moved involved finding a way to connect directly to the prospective buyers. Prospects are not local, which means a web-based initiative held the key.
Solution.
Camp Creative realized we were selling personality, lifestyle and trust. Branding the web site with the person talking to the prospects held the key.
Results.
Three weeks after launching the site, the developer has sold at least four condos totaling nearly $2 million from leads generated exclusively by the site. Also, the site has been used to direct existing prospects from all over the country to commit to the community, and the developer has significantly cut marketing costs by using the site to promote sales.
